Bullying sucks!  Going into middle school my parents got divorced, which meant during those pivotal years the Army took my dad away to California while I lived here.  For much of that time I was regularly bullied.  While it definitely wasn’t extreme, it was extremely hurtful because more than anything it left me feeling alone, isolated, and uncared for.  I share this and a few thoughts in my video blog below because the antidote to bullying is love and togetherness.  It’s holding each others’ hands and speaking up for one another.  As we band together and raise our cries for goodness, I believe we’ll love bullies, be they someone in our lives, big businesses in the yoga world, or a president, into beauties.  Let them hear us ROAR! <3
